High Country Utility Services is pleased to present to you this year’s water quality report. Our constant goal is to provide you with a safe and dependable supply of drinking water. Election of Directors

Written Ballots have been mailed! The purpose of this Election of Directors by Written Ballot is to fill three (3) open seats on the Board of Directors of the Sopris Village Homeowners Association, Inc. (“Association”) for two (2) year terms. In order for this Written Ballot to be effective in electing directors, Owners entitled to cast at least one-quarter of the votes in the Association must complete this Written Ballot and return it to the Association by no later than 5:30 pm on December 9, 2025.

APPROVED 2026 Budget

At the Board Meeting on November 5, 2025, the Board of Directors approved the below 2026 Budget for Sopris Village Homeowners Association.
