High Country Utility Services is pleased to present to you this year’s water quality report. Our constant goal is to provide you with a safe and dependable supply of drinking water. Election of Directors

A total of 52 Written Ballots were received for the Election of Directors. All ballots have been verified and counted. The following candidates were voted to serve the following terms on the Sopris Village Board of Directors whose terms will began on December 9, 2024:

  • Andrew Gillis: 2-year term

  • Tyler Stevens: 2-year term

At the Board Meeting on January 8, 2025 the Board of Directors voted Aaron Hoover onto the Board to fill the vacancy on the Board for a one-year term. 

APPROVED 2025 Budget

At the Board Meeting on October 22, 2024, the Board of Directors approved the below 2025 Budget for Sopris Village Homeowners Association.

Water Infrastructure Replacement Project Committee

At the January 8, 2025 Board Meeting the Board of Directors voted to disband the Water Committee.
