Sopris Village Homeowners Association

Sopris Village homeowners pay a monthly HOA Assessment. The 2026 HOA Assessment is $254.00, due on the 1st of every month.

There are four ways in which homeowners can pay their monthly dues:

1. Credit/Debit Card

2. ACH payment

3. Mailing a check to:  Sopris Village HOA 

                                     PO Box 2503

                                     Basalt, CO 81621​​​​

 

Payments via Credit/Debit Card or ACH can be made online by clicking on the link titled "Review & Pay" included in your emailed invoice. If you did not receive your monthly invoice via email, please contact info@soprisvillage.com.

If you would like to set up Autopay via QuickBooks online using a Credit/Debit card or by making an ACH payment, click on the link included in your emailed invoice titled "Review & Pay" and follow the instructions below:

Late fees of $25.00 will be incurred, if full payment is not received within 30 days of the due date.
